Feels Vivify ginger and lime prawns by Dan Churchill


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1kg of Prawns, peeled, and deveined

1 knob of ginger, grated

3 limes

Zest from 1 lime

1 bunch fresh Coriander

250g unsalted butter

30ml Feels Vivify

1 green chili, finely chopped

Salt & Pepper


Method:

  1. In a bowl combine the zest of lime, ginger and chili
  2. Add oil to fry pan on medium high and add in the bowl of ginger mix and stir for 1 minute before adding in the prawns. 
  3. Stir for one minute before adding in the butter, allow to bubble before adding in the lime juice and feels Vivify. Based for 2 minutes
  4. Finish with a seasoning of salt and pepper
