A sweet and tangy concoction, with a burst of fresh lime juice, balanced with the delicate flavours of Feels Botanical Bask Eau De Vie and Brookie's Byron slow. The plum and honey syrup gives it a rich, fruity taste that lingers on the palate.

INGREDIENTS

20ml Feels Botanical Bask, Eau de vie Spirit 
20ml Brookie's Byron slow
20ml Plum and honey syrup
30ml Fresh lime juice

METHOD

Shake | Up
Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
Fill with ice and shake vigorously to mix and chill

Double strain into chilled coupette glass
