20ml Chartreuse
30ml Lime
30ml Chamomile Syrup
4 leaves of mint
3 thin slices of Granny Smith Apple
A pinch of sea salt
3ml of Basil Oil

METHOD
Muddle apple
Mix all ingredients except for basil oil
Wet shake until blended well
Double strain onto a coupe glass
Garnish with a slice of cucumber and droplets of basil oil
