30ml Mandarin Oleo Saccharum
30ml Regal Rogue Bold Red
60ml Soda
METHOD
Build | Ice
Add all ingredients to chilled wine glass
Add ice to crown above liquid and briskly stir
Garnish with lemon wedge (squeezed) and skewered red grapes
